10.  Whether they wish their donations to go towards saving a particular species (coded):

TI – Tiger

RH – Rhino

OR – Orang-utan

TU – Turtle

GE – Golden Eagle

XX – Any species

11.  Date of last donation

12.  Amount of donation

13.  Monthly, quarterly, annual or occasional subscriber (coded):

1 – Monthly

2 – Quarterly

3 – Annual

4 – Occasional
