Mark Alert! (Database reports)

Collate and analyse data to produce information (7)

Good marks…

You will get good marks if you:

·        create reports that provide useful information;

·        use sensible titles and column headings;

·        sort and group the data into an appropriate and useful sequence;

·        use subtotals and totals where appropriate;

·        use your plan.

Bad marks…

You will lose marks if:

·        your reports do not make sense;

·        the report title is meaningless, misspelt or absent;

·        columns are badly positioned or do not fit across the page;

·        the labels or data are truncated (cut off) because there is not enough room for them.
